We wish to make your experience with Noah Nappies a great one and offer returns for unwanted items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at noah@noahnappies.com


We offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full priced items.

To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it (including packagingwhere applicable).

Unfortunately, there is no refund, exchange or store credit on sale items, these are final sale.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake with your order. Return post must be signature required or tracked as we are not responsible for any lost items.

Shipping is not refundable, and any items exchanged will be charged another shipping fee.

Please contact us BEFORE returning your goods.

If your items were eligible for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs off the return amount.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


Our premium multiuse nappies have only been manufactured once since we’re a new brand. Our goal is to bring a highest quality products to the market and that’s a journey. A journey always has a start and we are thankful to hear your suggestions about our range since we are always developing our products. We are thankfu as welll for your understanding of our journey towards our goal but if you receive a faulty products we of course want to take action. We offer a 6 month warranty on manufacturing defects.


  • Defective snaps, zippers on wetbag and most elastics
  • Defective stitching, seams, or substantial fabric flaws
  • Defective PUL/TPU lamination


  • Normal wear and tear
  • Leaking
  • Nappy smells or stains
  • Fading as a result of improper washing or extended time in the sun
  • Pilling, pulls/snags in fabric
  • Tears as a result of excessive/incorrect unsnapping
  • Shrinkage
  • Hook and loop closure
  • Wear holes in natural fibre inserts
  • Use of safety pins, hooks, or affixing other items to your nappies
  • Items caught/torn/damaged during washing or drying including snaps or fabrics
  • Improper storage
  • Any claim relating to fit within the specified size range, except where the product does not fit at all
  • Modifications of any kind including removing care tags or product labels
  • Defects as a result of improper washing or drying according to our wash guide. This includes (but is not limited to) the use of bleach, vinegar, caustic substances, whitening products, detergents containing any of the aforementioned or dyes, perfumes or essential oils, and exceeding the maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.
